In 2006, I started by own cheese-centric company, La Dame du Fromage, in New Canaan, CT.  I offer cheese and wine tasting events for all types of occasions from private tastings to corporate meetings and events, as well as cheese board making workshops. I also create custom cheese boards and displays.

I was first introduced to the joys and complexities of artisanal cheese after attending a French cheese and wine class in New York City in 2005. My curiosity and enthusiasm for cheese was ignited as well as an appreciation of the pride, care and creativity of the cheese makers who work endlessly to bring cheese to market. 

This experience eventually led to an internship in the caves of Artisanal Premium Cheese Center where I trained under the guidance of Max McCalman, world- renowned cheese expert and author.  I then went on to complete the Master Cheese Course at Artisanal and served as a culinary advisor creating cheese collections for national retailers as well as a  senior instructor for the cheese education classes.


I have appeared on the TODAY show where I discussed entertaining with cheese with Kathie Lee & Hoda Kotb. I have also served as a chef presenter at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival for Disney in Orlando for the past 11 years.
